RALEIGH, North Carolina, Aug. 15 -- The North Carolina Department of Public Safety Office of Recovery and Resiliency issued the following news release:

The N.C. Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) has signed a memorandum of agreement with the state Housing Finance Agency that will provide $16.6 million for affordable housing developments in two areas recovering from Hurricane Matthew.
