DURHAM, North Carolina, Aug. 15 -- The city of Durham issued the following news:
Durham Police Chief C.J. Davis has been installed as the 42nd National President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) which serves more than 3,000 members worldwide.
