NEW YORK, Aug. 14 -- The Center for Constitutional Rights issued the following statement by in response to the Trump administration's proposed rule "Implementing Legal Requirements Regarding the Equal Opportunity Clause's Religious Exemption", which would allow government contractors to discriminate and still receive federal funds:
"This proposed rule is the latest effort by the Trump administration and right-wing forces to turn back the clock to the 1950s for LGBTQIA . . .
