SCOTTSDALE, Arizona, Aug. 14 -- The Alliance Defending Freedom issued the following statement by Senior Counsel Gregory S. Baylor regarding the Labor Department's notice of proposed rulemaking that would clarify the freedoms and protections afforded to religion-exercising organizations and individuals when they enter into a contract with the federal government:
