AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 14 -- The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation issued the following news release:
The John S. and James L. Knight Foundation today named 36 Knight Arts Challenge Akron finalists--all vying for a share of $1 million to bring their ideas to life. This is the fourth year for the community-wide initiative that funds projects designed to engage and enrich Akron through the arts.
