CONCORD, Massachusetts, Aug. 13 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-New England District issued the following news release:
Cos Cob Kelp and Shell, of 16 Winnipauk Drive in Norwalk, Connecticut, is seeking a permit from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New England District to conduct work in waters of the U.S. in conjunction with cultivation of kelp in Long Island Sound, off the coast of Connecticut.
