WASHINGTON, Aug. 13 -- The Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies issued the following statement:

"On Monday, August 12, Mr. David Bernhardt, Secretary of the Department of the Interior, and Mr. Wilbur Ross, Secretary of the Department of Commerce, announced final regulatory changes to the administration of the federal Endangered Species Act.
