AUSTIN, Texas, Aug. 13 -- Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas, issued the following news release:
Governor Greg Abbott has appointed Erik Saenz to the Texas Lottery Commission for a term set to expire on February 1, 2023.
The commission controls and supervises the operations of the state lottery and bingo, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in compliance with state law.
