Hogan Lovells filed an amicus brief in the Supreme Court Monday urging the court to preserve the ability of federal, state, and local legislatures to enact important gun safety measures.
The brief was filed pro bono on behalf of March For Our Lives, a non-profit organization of young people in the U.S. advocating for sensible gun violence prevention policies.
