PORTLAND, Oregon, Aug. 13 -- The National Treasury Employees Union issued the following news release:
National Treasury Employees Union President Tony Reardon was re-elected to a second term today during the union's 57th national convention.
Reardon was unopposed in his bid to continue leading the independent union that represents about 150,000 employees in 33 different federal agencies and departments.
