OLYMPIA, Washington, Aug. 12 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Agricultural Statistics Service - Northwest Regional Field Office issued the following news release:
Based on August 1, 2019 conditions, Oregon apple production is forecast at 145 million pounds, down 15 percent from 2018.
