WASHINGTON, Aug. 9 -- Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, chairman of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, vice chairman of the House Foreign Affairs committee and a member of the House Intelligence and Education and Labor committees, issued the following after seven House Republicans called for an ethics inquiry into a tweet from the Congressman, which included publicly available donor information:
