NEW YORK, Aug. 9 -- Brennan Center for Justice at New York University School of Law issued the following statement by Yurij Rudensky, counsel in Brennan's Democracy Program and adviser to New Hampshire legislators, on the bipartisan redistricting reform bill (H.B. 706):
