Geoffrey S. Berman, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that FERNANDO GOMEZ and JOSE MARTINEZ-DIAZ, a/k/a "Tony Zinc," pled guilty in Manhattan federal court to charges related to a decade-long narcotics conspiracy.
