SNEEDVILLE, Tennessee, Aug. 9 -- Rep. Phil Roe, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Department of Agriculture Rural Development and Appalachian Regional Commission announced an investment totaling $912,000 to upgrade the wastewater treatment plant in Sneedville, Tennessee:
