CONCORD, New Hampshire, Aug. 8 -- The National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws issued the following news release:
Republican Gov. Chris Sununu on Friday vetoed legislation, House Bill 364, that would have permitted state-registered patients to home-cultivate limited amounts of medical cannabis.
