WASHINGTON, Aug. 8 -- The Securities and Exchange Commission issued the following litigation release:

On August 8, 2019, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged North Texas-based New Summit Homes, Inc. ("NSH") and its de facto Chief Executive Officer, Jerry Lee Farish, with running a fraudulent home building scheme.
