SAN ANTONIO, Texas, Aug. 7 -- The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures issued the following statement by President and CEO Maria Lopez De Leon:
"The hatred and violence targeting the Latino community in El Paso are a direct influence of the white supremacist language expressed by Trump and his administration and condoned by the silence of his party and his supporters.
"The National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures is outraged by the attacks . . .
