WASHINGTON, Aug. 7 -- Rep. Doug Collins, R-Georgia, ranking Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee, issued the following statement in response to Chairman Jerrold Nadler, D-New York, filing a complaint to compel the testimony of former White House Counsel Don McGahn:
