MILLEDGEVILLE, Georgia, Aug. 7 -- Rep. Jody Hice, R-Georgia, issued the following news release:

The Office of Congressman Jody Hice (GA-10) honored Milledgeville resident Christopher "Chris" Lirette for earning the Army Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Congressional Scholarship. Lt. Col. Edward Shelor, Special Assistant to Representative Hice, presented Chris with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition for his outstanding achievement.
