Following a meeting with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo's staff in early July, the Household & Commercial Products Association (HCPA) and allied trade associations proposed a chapter amendment to recently-passed legislation in a letter to the Governor's office, asking for an across-the-board 10 parts per million (ppm) 1,4-dioxane standard for all products covered by the bill - cleaning . . .
