WASHINGTON, Aug. 6 -- NARAL Pro-Choice America issued the following statement by President Ilyse Hogue after Rep. Jerry Nadler, D-New York, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, and Rep. Hank Johnson, chairman of the Subcommittee on Courts, Intellectual Property and the Internet, announced that a request has been made for records related to Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh when he was in the White House:
