CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee, July 30 -- Rep. Chuck Fleischmann, R-Tennessee, issued the following statement after the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority project was awarded a Discretionary Grant totaling $2.2 million from the Department of Transportation's Federal Transit Administration:
