Cooley: Lux Capital Raises More Than $1 Billion

PALO ALTO, California, Aug. 6 -- Cooley, a law firm, issued the following news release:
Cooley advised Lux Capital on raising more than $1 billion across two funds, with $500 million raised for its sixth early-stage fund and $550 million raised for its second opportunity fund focused on growth-stage investments primarily in existing Lux portfolio companies. Lux now actively manages more than $2.4 billion in combined capital. Partner Shane Goudey led the Cooley team advising Lux.
