WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- The National Partnership for Women and Families issued the following statement by President Debra Ness on the two mass shootings in El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio:
"Thoughts and prayers are no longer enough. As we mourn the deaths of brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers and numerous loved ones who died this past weekend we must honor their memory with real action.
