Haynes and Boone, LLP Partner Mark Trachtenberg and Associate Andrew Guthrie, along with a team from the Thomas J. Henry Law firm led by Russell Endsley, won the affirmance of a $15 million arbitration award in favor of a client injured on the job.
The client was electrocuted in 2013 while accessing an electrical box that controlled the lighting for a parking lot at his workplace.< . . .
