THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 5 -- Rep. Kevin Brady, R-Texas, ranking Republican member of the House Ways and Means Committee, issued the following statement after Rep. Kenny Marchant, R-Texas, announced his decision to retire at the end of the 116th Congress:
