NEWPORT, Rhode Island, Aug. 5 -- The Naval War College issued the following news:
The U.S. Naval War College opened its academic year with an Aug. 5 convocation ceremony, welcoming 530 students drawn from the U.S. armed forces, civilian national security agencies and the militaries of U.S. partner nations.
