MEMPHIS, Tennessee, Aug. 5 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, D. Michael Dunavant, issued the following news release:
Patrick Hayden, 32, of Charleston, Arkansas, pled guilty to sending threatening letters to U.S. District Court Judges and other federal personnel through the mail, in violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 876(c). D. Michael Dunavant, United States Attorney announced the guilty plea today.
