ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas, July 24 -- Cowley College issued the following news release:
Cowley College would like to extend an invitation to all educators, dignitaries, and community members to attend a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration for the new Education Center, located at the corner of Second and Chestnut in Arkansas City, from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, August 8. Along with the grand opening celebration, Cowley College will also announce an exciting new partnership.
