GILBERT, Arizona, Aug. 2 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Arizona, issued the following statement on Department of Labor July 2019 employment situation report showing that 164,000 jobs were added, the unemployment rate remained at 3.7 percent and wage growth from last year ticked up 3.2 percent:
