Ocean Conservancy Issues Statement on Restoring Resilient Reefs Act

WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- The Ocean Conservancy issued the following statement by Jeff Watters, senior director of government relations, in response to the introduction of the Restoring Resilient Reefs Act by Sens.
