ALBANY, New York, Aug. 2 -- Gov. Andrew Cuomo, D-New York, issued the following news release:

- Bridge that Crosses Kinderhook Creek in Valatie will be Renamed in Honor of Vietnam Veteran and Valatie-native Roger J. Mazal, Who Was Killed in Action
- Cuomo: "Renaming this crossing in Roger Mazal's honor is a fitting way to commemorate his bravery and ensure he is remembered in his community for generations to come."
