PECOS, Texas, Aug. 1 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Marshals Service issued the following news release:
The United States Marshals Service, Northern District of West Virginia, announces the recovery of Gracelynn June Scritchfield in Pecos, TX at approximately 2:30 pm EST today. During the recovery, Arlie Edward Hetrick was apprehended on federal and state warrants by Deputy U.S. Marshals from the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force based upon a lead which was communicated by U.S . . .
