WASHINGTON, Aug. 2 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, D-New York, chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, and Ranking Member Michael McCaul, R-Texas, issued the following joint statement on the Trump administration's response to Russia's chemical weapons attack in the United Kingdom:
"We're encouraged that the President has issued an Executive Order to lay the groundwork for a possible second round of sanctions against Russia for the chemical weapons attack in the United Kingdom . . .
