WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Texas, issued the following statement on the Federal Emergency Management Agency's announcement to provide disaster assistance to individuals affected by flooding in the Rio Grande Valley:
"Thousands of homes and communities need to be rebuilt and restored after the severe flooding in the Rio Grande Valley.
