TUCSON, Arizona, Aug. 1 -- Rep. Raul Grijalva, D-Arizona, issued the following statement in response to a federal judge halting the U.S. Forest Service's decision to approve the Rosemont Mine planned construction:
"Since 1872, the mining industry has been given almost everything it's ever wanted with no questions asked, and this ruling is the ultimate emperor-has-no-clothes moment.
