WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sens. Richard Blumenthal, D-Connecticut, and Jerry Moran, R-Kansas, issued the following op-ed on legislation to reform the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee in response to findings of systemic abuse within the U.S. Olympic movement, which was provided to USA Today:
