ALBANY, New York, July 31 -- New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli issued the following news release:

Local sales tax collections for the first two quarters of 2019 grew at a moderate pace compared to the stronger early quarters of 2018, according to a report (https://www.osc.state.ny.us/localgov/pubs/research/2019-local-sales-tax-collections.pdf) released today by State Comptroller Thomas P.
