WASHINGTON, Jul 30 -- Rep. Carol Miller, R-West Virginia, issued the following news release:
Congresswoman Carol Miller (R-WV) announced today a grant of $215,000 from the Appalachian Regional Commission to the Appalachian Transportation Institute at Marshall University.
