WASHINGTON, July 31 -- Rep. Greg Walden, R-Oregon, ranking Republican member of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, issued the following statement after the Department of Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration announced their action plan for the importation of prescription drugs:
