WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Kevin Cramer, R-North Dakota, a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, issued the following statement regarding the nomination of Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, to be Director of National Intelligence after Dan Coats announced his resignation:
