Ms. Lois Rapp, Department of Defense Education Activity Pacific Director for Student Excellence, is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Gregg G. Mowen as DoDEA Pacific East District's Yokosuka Community Superintendent. He previously served as the principal at Kubasaki High School on Camp Foster, Okinawa.
