CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, July 30 -- Rep. Richard Hudson, R-North Carolina, issued the following statement on the announcement by Chancellor Philip L. Dubois that he will retire effective June 30, 2020, from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte:
"Chancellor Dubois has spent nearly 20 years serving our great university.
