WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyoming, chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, issued the following remarks at a full committee business meeting:
"This morning we will consider two pieces of legislation - Barrasso-Carper-Capito-Cardin substitute amendment to S. 2302, America's Transportation Infrastructure Act.
"We'll also take up S. 1992, a bill I introduced along with Ranking Member Carper to repeal a $7.6 billion rescis . . .
