WASHINGTON, July 30 -- Sen. Joe Manchin III, D-West Virginia, ranking Democratic member of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, issued the following statement urging President Trump to nominate two individuals, one Republican and one Democrat, to fill the two vacancies on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission:
