WASHINGTON, July 29 -- The Democratic Governors Association issued the following news:
Today, North Carolina Lt. Gov. Dan Forest reported his fundraising numbers today and...well, it's a yikes from us. Forest reported raising $1.3 million this period and has $1 million cash on hand.
These numbers are light years apart from Gov. Roy Cooper, who announced raising $4.5 million in the first half of the year and has $5 million cash on hand. Cooper even broke his fundraising . . .
