KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, July 26 -- The Tennessee Valley Authority issued the following news release:
The Tennessee Valley Authority is asking the public for comments on plans to issue permits for two new marinas on Norris Reservoir at Powell River in Campbell County, Tennessee.
