LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas, July 29 -- The Arkansas Department of Insurance issued the following statement by Commissioner Allen Kerr announcing that health insurance companies participating in the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace requested an average 2.08 percent increase for plan year 2020:
