WASHINGTON, July 29 -- Rep. Michael Burgess, R-Texas, chair of the House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Health, issued the following statement after he joined President Trump at the White House for the signing of the Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer and Luis Alvarez Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act (H.R. 1327):
